Jon has over 40 years’ experience in banking, most recently as a Corporate Relationship Director at a major high street bank, managing clients with turnovers above £5m. Since retiring in 2016, he’s supported several schools as a governor and advises a family-run hotel.

Shaista (Shay) is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years’ experience guiding company growth strategies. She holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Management and Marketing, is ACCA-qualified, and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Kalvin brings 20+ years of experience in the construction industry. A BSc (Hons) graduate in Quantity Surveying and Land Estate Management, he’s held senior roles with major firms including Berkeley Homes, Balfour Beatty, and Taylor Wimpey.

Brooke has extensive administrative experience in the construction sector, providing direct PA support to managing directors and overseeing daily operational functions with precision and efficiency.

Osman has over 20 years’ experience in banking and debt capital advisory, including 10 years at UBS, where he led the UK mortgage desk. His team grew UBS into one of the UK’s top private lenders, winning Best Private Bank at the Mortgage Strategy Awards.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years’ experience in business growth, finance, and dispute resolution. Former Managing Director and board member at Rickard Luckin, he now consults for select clients in the property and construction industries.
